Research On The Guidance Of Traffic Planning Technology Based On The Regulatory Detailed Plan

With the rapid economic development, urban transportation planning more and more attention of society. Meanwhile, with improving the theory and methodology of innovation in practice, urban transportation planning for the protection of social economic health and the normal operation of its various functions play an important role.In this paper, based on the problems and challenges of the current statutory detailed urban planning Transport Planning, research and initial development of the demand for the current development of transportation planning technical standards(guidelines) detailed planning based on the statutory and try to low-carbon eco concept as a traffic control binding targets and implement the statutory detailed planning in order to improve the level of preparation of the detailed planning and the protection of the legal outcome of the preparation of quality to meet the current needs of urban planning and planning control management.Firstly, the article first cities in the domestic and foreign statutory detailed planning application and research status of technical standards for traffic planning analysis; and emphasis in Guangzhou as an example, the preparation of relevant technical standards for transportation planning problems of statutory detailed planning a preliminary analysis.Secondly, the technical guidelines should take into account the practical and feasible, so this combination of practical work experience staff grassroots administrative department in charge of urban planning, the actual approval of the statutory elements of transportation planning in detail the contents of the sort; and combined with the author’s own work experience, the common technical problems of statutory detailed planning process currently exist to analyze and summarize.Thirdly, traffic planning has formed a relatively complete planning system. In this thesis, the traditional transport planning techniques to further expand the study on the basis of trying to low-carbon eco transportation planning concepts into relevant technical guidelines, earnestly implement the concept of low-carbon eco traffic control and as a binding target to statutory detailed planning.Finally, taking Guangzhou Huadi eco-city and Haizhu eco-city as an example, for transportation planning technical guidelines for application, obtain better application effect.
