Research On The Cost Of SBD Project In Southern Power Grid

The total investment of power grid enterprises has reached 359.9 billion yuan in nearly a decade. There are plenty of transmission and transformation projects with big overall investment scale. Scientific cost prediction of these projects is helpful for the power grid enterprises to making reasonable overall plans from the angle of investment and improving the fund utilization rate. From the point of view of micro individual power transmission project investment, the scientific cost prediction of the project can provide a cost comparison scale to the designers and reviewers and improve the accuracy and rationality of the review.This paper analyzes the cost forecasting model. Then the paper chooses to do the cost forecasting based on the multiple regression model and neural network model through comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various cost forecasting models. And then the paper does a lot of verifications and tests on these two models and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of them, based on the historical data of the final account in the power engineering project construction. Then the paper establishes the SBD project cost forecasting model based on these two models. Finally, the paper compares the application of SBD engineering project cost forecasting model with the related cost index of CSG and gets the result that the SBD engineering project cost forecasting model is more useful and reasonable in electric power project cost forecasting. In the end, the paper carries out the sensitivity analysis of the SBD project cost forecasting model.
