With the rapid development of China's power industry,more and more power gri d projects,power grid project cost management work also plays an increasingly impor tant role.At the same time,from the practice of power grid project cost development in recent years,on the one hand,due to the development of power industry,the proj ect cost has been rising,and the shortage of existing power construction funds has le d to many problems in power grid project cost control and supervision.On the other hand,with the continuous reform and development of China's power operation mechan ism,the complexity and diversity of external environment lead to new problems in th e cost management of power grid.In this regard,how to do well the cost manageme nt of power grid projects has become a top priority for the development of China's c urrent power industry.Based on this background,this paper takes the power grid cost management as th e research object,based on the relevant theory of power grid cost management,takes G company as a case study,analyzes the current situation and problems of power gri d cost management in G company,and draws the conclusion that G company mainly has the problems of cost management process,cost determination link,cost effective c ontrol and so on.The paper further studies and puts forward the optimization measure s and suggestions for the cost management of G Company's power grid,such as stren gthening the investigation and analysis of the investment decision-making in the early stage of the project,perfecting the whole process design of the project cost,standardiz ing the bidding process,optimizing the cost management planning of the project const ruction,strengthening the final accounts examination of the project completion,etc.,wi th a view to promoting the power industry in China.The development practice of net work project cost management provides certain reference significance.
