| Cost management is an important part of power grid project construction management.It is mainly responsible for the estimation,budget and settlement of various assets.The business process of cost management is more complex,and due to the characteristics of large investment scale,complex material planning and long construction period of power grid project,it brings great pressure to cost management.In view of the lack of cost management business software,Sichuan power grid organized and implemented the power grid project cost management system project,through the application of the system to improve the company’s power grid project cost management business efficiency.In this thesis,the design and implementation of the system are studied and analyzed in detail.Based on the development trends and trends at home and abroad in recent years,the technical scheme design and implementation methods and ideas of the system are investigated.In the research,the research and development technology of the system is sorted out and introduced,including.Net web technology system,MVC software design pattern theory,SQL Server database tools and so on.Then,starting from the business status of Sichuan power grid project cost management,the existing problems are analyzed,and the overall research and development objectives of the system are obtained.On this basis,the functional requirements of the system are introduced in detail by use case diagram,and the performance development standard of the system is briefly described.According to the demand analysis of the system,using software design tools and methods,the technical scheme of the system is designed,including the overall functional system design,functional module design and database design.The system is divided into four functional modules: engineering information management,asset use management,asset flow management,peer benchmarking and statistical services.Finally,the function modules of the system are developed and realized by using.NET Web technology and SQL Server database.The ideas and methods of function realization of each module of the system are analyzed.Some key function realization processes and core codes are studied,and the running effect of the system is shown.From the function and performance of the system,the system is tested and analyzed,and the test method,process and content of the system are introduced.According to the actual test results,the function and performance of the system are verified and evaluated.The application of power grid project cost management system in Sichuan power grid can provide supporting information management tools for power grid project cost management of power supply companies at all levels.At the same time,the system can change the traditional business model based on manual management,improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of cost management data,and the overall level of business management.Therefore,the work of this thesis has very obvious practical value and significance. |
