Canned motor pump can transport liquid without any leakage, it mainly used in transportation of flammable, explosive, corrosive, radioactive liquids. However, there are many disadvantages in traditional casting canned motor pump drawbacks.Because it has a greater volume, wastes more material. It wastes time and working,when the workblank finish product with a lot of process.Casting technique needs more energy and pollutes the environment. The casting process can not meet the requirements of the current world energy conservation and emission reduction.Contrapose the casting canned motor pump shortcomings, and in conjunction Jiangsu Science and Technology Support Project, this paper designed and developed PBCY80-65-160 type of stamping-welding canned motor pump. The motor cooling circuit of this pump used the inner loop structure. Impeller and volute were made of stamping and welding process. Combined the characteristic of stamping process,this paper designed the impeller and volute. In this paper, the three-dimensional steady numerical simulation in stamping-welding canned motor pump was calculated at the pump head flow including domain of impeller, volute, inlet and outlet tubes, before and after the pump impeller chamber and impeller ring clearance. Using flow-heat coupling technology, numerical simulation ran the whole flow passage including motor drainage holes, bearing clearance leakage. Analyzed temperature and pressure distribution on the structure of stamping-welding canned motor pump, and simulated the axial force distribution.At the same time, this paper designed a equipment of measurement of axial force, and it can real-time display. Used Dynaform software to analyze the leaf spring.The main research of this essay are listed as flow:(1) According to the technical requirements of Jiangsu Science and Technology Support Project,combined the structure and process characteristics of stamping-welding pump, this paper designed stamping-welding canned motor pump,including the whole structural, stamping impeller, stamping volute and other stamping parts.(2) Combined with the design of inner cooling loop structure of canned motor,mathematical methods are used to calculate the pressure drop, when the water flow though the drainage holes in the front bearing gap, shielding set of clearance and other parts. And the unbalance axial force and cooling circulation flow is calculated(3) at the design point.(3) The entity modeling of fluid field in flow components of stamping-welding canned motor pump were built by using 3-D solid modeling software. ICEM CFD software was applied to mesh the pump head of stamping-welding canned motor pump. Based on the CFD software the three-dimensional steady numerical simulation of flow field stamping-welding canned motor pump was calculated. Analyzed the pressure distribution, velocity distribution and the velocity distribution of each section volute under different working conditions. The characteristic features of pump was achieved, and has been proved on the lab of National Research Center of Pumps,Jiangsu University.(4) Based on the simulation of pump head, calculated the fluid-thermal coupled field at the whole flow passage including circulation loop for cooling and lubricant.Analyzed the pressure drop, cooling circulation flow, and temperature distribution in the stamping-welding canned motor pump under different working condition.(5) By using the result of the simulation of stamping-welding canned motor pump, simulated the axial force distribution.It was proved by a new equipment, that can real-time display the size and the direction of the axial force.(6) Introduced the blade stamping process, and designed the process of blade,which meet the requirements of the hydraulic performance. Blade, die modeling, and punch modeling were built by using UG solid modeling software, and use Dynaform to simulate blade stamping process. The simulation results show that the blade stamping process is successful, the thickness of inlet tip of blade is increasing,and it means that this area is easy to produce sclerosis.
