China’s equipment industry as the foundation of national economy, with sufficient severity status. Wherein the industrial vehicle equipment industry since the founding of New China,especially after the reform and opening up has been great development, it has been basically formed a relatively complete industrial system. With the rapid development of China’s economy, how can science industrial vehicles, efficient, high-quality jobs, for enterprises to maximize the economic benefits has become an increasingly important issue in today’s society.However, the design of industrial vehicles and more emphasis on technical functions, ignoring the negative impact on its user(operator / drivers) working environment and work experience brings. Purpose of the design is "people" instead of "product", in relation to this aspect,China’s industrial design vehicle still there are significant design variation. Therefore, the use of industrial design thinking approach to design and study the industrial vehicle industry has an important reference value and practical value.This paper mainly adopts the concept of "HEJ" as the starting point, to industrial vehicles Chinese equipment industry in the warehouse of electric forklift as the research object, to the driver for the target population, examine the long time operation of electric forklift storage exists in the work process to be used in the cause from the angle of industrial design driver fatigue, operation and display condition error, low efficiency of equipment caused by the problem, negative emotions such as design flaws of the cab driver, with forklift drivers work,work flow, work habits, warehouse planning and design of electric forklift vehicle launched in-depth discussion, from the "people"- "machine"- "environment" the balance of the threerelations in the search for the best design for future planning, warehouse of electric forklift design provides reference value.First, and Plaza of the concept of ergonomics-related knowledge as a theoretical basis to explore the values of the target population of the industrial design from the perspective of psychology, psychological demands, aesthetic needs.
