Research On The Incremental Cost And Benefit Of The T Life-Cycle Of Green Residential Building

It has become the inexorable trend to fuse green idea to the whole life process of residential buildings and develop green,efficient and suitable residential buildings in China’s urban and rural construction and the sustainable development of buildings.Green residential buildings usually embark a large amount of capital in the initial stage of the construction,after the completion and in the long-term use of the process, it can save resources and energy consumption and reduce operating costs, at the same time it can reduce the adverse impact on the environment. This paper takes green residential buildings as the research object, and constructs incremental cost and incremental benefit model of the green residential buildings from the perspective of The Whole life cycle. Moreover,incremental cost and incremental benefit in the whole life cycle of green residential buildings project are analyzed and calculated in practice.Based on analytic hierarchy process,the model of the incremental cost benefit is constructed in the whole life cycle of green residential buildings, it has practicability and effectiveness; Meantime,it proves that the model can reflect reality of incremental cost benefit of green residential buildings. The results of this paper can provide the data basis to buy green house for consumers and to formulate relevant policies for the government.The study shows that it can make incremental cost benefit of green residential buildings grand large increases,the incremental benefit brought by the green science and technology is the goal in the long-term pursuit and the development of the green residential buildings.
