Applied Technology Study On ATB-25 In Highway Of Huo Yong

With the rapid development of highways, asphalt pavement as a major form of pavement structure has been widely used. But highway asphalt pavement in the leap of quantity obtained at the same time, there are a lot of hidden trouble on quality. In our country,asphalt pavement have widespread problems such as insufficient durability and early damage,it has great social influence, serious waste and become the difficult and hot problem in transportation construction development in our country. With these problems and the increasing demand of traffic, road workers begin to explore and research new materials and structures. The research shows that the asphalt stabilized crushed stone mixture has good ability to prevent reflection cracking and rutting, mainly used in the following layer and base layer of asphalt pavement structure. But the application research on asphalt stabilized gravel layer structure is still at a preliminary stage in my country, in this paper, the technology of the asphalt stabilized crushed stone mixture(ATB-25) used in asphalt pavement is studied deeply.First of all, the paper introduces the technical standards, the engineering scale, the geological condition and the form of the pavement structure of the relying on project; Then for Huo Yong highway, study technical performance indicators of ATB-25 asphalt stabilized crushed stone mixture,such as aggregates, asphalt,packing and other raw materials, and the basic performance requirements of raw materials are proposed; Marshall test method was used to the target mix ratio design of ATB-25, and the road performance of high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability were verified by laboratory tests;On the basis of the target mixture ratio,combined with the actual construction of the mixing machine for the production mix design and production mix ratio verification, the production mix ratio of ATB-25 which is suitable for the optimum performance of asphalt pavement is proposed; Based on "asphalt pavement construction specifications"(JTG F40-2004), paving the test section,research construction technology and quality control technology of asphalt stabilized macadam(ATB-25) from the aspect of the pre-construction preparation, mixture mixing, transportation, paving, rolling and joint processing,the construction technology scheme and quality control system of ATB-25 are put forward.
