Resrarch And Application Of Satisfaction For Advanced Public Transportation Systms For Employee

With the development of the economy and society, traffic is increasing and transport is facing the difficulties including driving, parking and public transportation and traffic order chaotic. In recent years, many public transportation industry start to implement bus priority policy and build Advanced Public Transportation Systems (APTS). However, APTS appears certain abnormal phenomenon that high failure rate, information silos and less improvement in efficiency, service levels or operation capability. There is great discrepancy with the construction purpose. On previous background, taking Changzhou as the case, from the view of employee in public transportation enterprise, based on the introduction of framework, performance, services, features of BRT and APTS, I would like to research service quality, employee satisfaction in APTS for the purpose of improving efficiency and service of APTS.Taking the employees’ satisfaction as the object, based on result of employee survey, using description analysis, linear-regression analysis, AHP and FCE, four major dimensions system (performance, operational service, emergency management and internal management) is established which is divided into nine specific indicators. I establish this evaluation system through survey, communication with the experts and reading literature at home and abroad. This thesis uses AHP to weight the determination and FCE to evaluate, achieving combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. At last, this thesis states the result and proposes the improvement direction and method according to the reality of Changzhou public transportation.
