In recent years,small and micro enterprises have developed rapidly,and they have played an indispensable role in China’s national economic and social development.The development of small and micro enterprises can not be separated from employees,only with high-quality talent enterprises will not lag behind in the fierce market competition.For this reason,more and more research is focused on how to attract talents and improve the existing employee satisfaction,which has gradually become the focus of attention of enterprises and scholars at home and abroad.Increasing employee satisfaction can further strengthen the level of human resource performance,more importantly,through the participation of employees,can stimulate work enthusiasm;improve work efficiency,to a greater extent to achieve self-worth and corporate goals.Therefore,the study of employee satisfaction has not only theoretical significance but also practical significance for the healthy development of enterprises.As a small and micro enterprise with low entry threshold,Bumelan Gravure Printing Co.,Ltd.is facing a series of problems which restrict the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise,such as high turnover rate of employees and high management cost.This paper chooses the basic level employees as the research object,and builds the company members on the basis of literature research and combing.Theoretical framework for improving job satisfaction is contructed.Through interviews and questionnaires,this paper constructs a scale to measure the influencing factors of employee satisfaction,and conducts an empirical study on the employee satisfaction at the basic level of Bumelan from five aspects:management system,job return,work group,work background and cultural image.According to the statistical analysis results,combined with the relevant theories of employee satisfaction,the paper puts forward the applicable method.The company’s actual situation of employee satisfaction improvement plan and implementation of safeguards is contructed.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods,research content and technical route of employee satisfaction;secondly,it systematically combs the development process and basic theory of employee satisfaction research,discusses the measurement tools and influencing factors;then,it combines the relevant theories and the development situation of Bumelan Plate Company.Interview with employees on Department settings,existing management systems and other aspects,and design a questionnaire on employee satisfaction,carry out a questionnaire survey;in-depth analysis of the satisfaction situation,get the reasons and problems affecting employee satisfaction,and accordingly put forward countermeasures to improve;The research and exploration of the employee satisfaction survey and promotion countermeasures can help enterprises understand the work attitude of employees,enhance employee morale,and help enterprises to manage and sustainable development.
