Northeast Branch Company for New Energy Business Unit of China Resources Power Holdings Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as CRNE Northeast Branch Company),who's businesses covers over three provinces,Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjiang,mainly works on exploitation,construction and operation of wind power projects.Due to plants are far away from cities,constructing and operating employees normally bear poor working and living conditions.Focusing on and researching upon employee satisfaction degree is important and fundamental to boost governing human resources and raise enterprise core competence.This paper is an attempt to use relevant theories of employee satisfaction with case study of CRNE Northeast Branch Company,by using questionnaires and on-spot interviews.By studying,it finds out employees from CRNE Northeast Branch Company have low sense of belonging,low motivation with wage raising and low morale.With these bases,this paper tries to learn from other enterprises' experience and put forward five suggestions,they are wage system reforming,welfare system completing and communication mechanism enhancing,training system completing and culture construction care-orienting.In this ways,it boosts enterprises'sustainable development.
