Along with our country social economy development, advancement of urbanization and improvement of urban motorization, our traffic demand have surged, and residents’ travel choice is also increasingly differentiation. Because of the difference of traveler’s personal, family, transportation, activity chain, psychological characteristics, city geographical and socioeconomic characteristics properties, and different traffic mode’s speed, cost and transportation capacity have great differences, Therefore, a different traveler corresponds to differences in the travel choice behavior, which affecting the proportion of various types of urban traffic mode. Therefore, it is important to study on the differences of city residents travel choice behavior and quantitative analysis of the influence factors. Meanwhile, establishing the model of travel choice behaviors of great significance to optimize the structure of city traffic, improve city traffic operation efficiency and alleviate the city traffic congestion.In this paper people’s differentiated travel choice behavior is studied and the key influence factors are put forward. Then, the disaggregate model theory is studied and the traffic choice model is established for analysis. At last, the measures to reduce car travel and increasing bus travel are studied.First of all, based on the survey of Beijing city, with analysis and sifting, this research selects the sex, age, occupation, income, car numbers, travel purpose, etc, for correlation analysis.Secondly, Then a multinomial Logistic model is established with the disaggregate theory and the above data obtained. The parameters are estimated by the SPSS. And the traffic selection probability’s change is showed by the new created model.Finally, based on the structure model, Methods for optimizing the structure of city traffic are studied. Through the Logistic model, the model explains the influence and effect of traffic congestion pricing to the traffic model share rate.
