Optimization Design Of Loading Machine System Based On WINCC Flexible Technology

The shipment team of No.6 company of Qinhuangdao port corporation,has four branch reclaimer(R),a material piling and taking machine(SR) and three shipment machine(SL), six of the company’s main production equipment, using a very complex, as the body of the port of shipment task, shoulder the important mission. Shipment of machine’s main function is used for the goods(such as coal, iron ore, etc.) loading of continuous type transmission machine, connected to the back of the belt transmission machine. The goods by the belt transmission machine from stocking yard to shipment on board, after shipment on board belt transmission machine transport to the boom head, after LiuTong or other devices to the cabin, complete the whole shipment. Main structure is divided into: walking mechanism, luffing mechanism, belt machine, boom telescopic institutions, LiuTong mechanism, cable reel, the vehicle system and spray dust equipment.When design some institutions have safety device, the luffing mechanism in view of the special weather equipment guarantee to take the wind hook design, used to achieve under extreme weather ship loader boom and fuselage main steel structure to realize the rigidity connection of a safety device, but only a kind of manual control way to realize the wind picking hook, is no guarantee of people’s life safety.In order to further improve the safety performance of loading machine, so optimization design system of loading machine, automatic picking wind hook function. The system hardware and software of the original system is reformed, by adding various limit of boom and the wind hook position. Then,according to the limit of the feedback signal and the driver handles signal into the PLC to realize the automatic control of the wind hook. Considering the safety of the system for key parts of the limit increases the redundancy design, even if a certain limit failure will not cause misoperation, avoid machine damage accident collision class. To prevent damage of human-computer interaction of light, the wind hook related state display through touch screen, the driver on the hook, unhooking process and driver need operation instructions.Through the relevant personnel the actual operation of the system, prove that feedback information by the touch screen, safe, easy operation, can help operators achieve the wind hook function automatically pick hang. The project put into use can significantly improve the safety of the equipment and personnel, as little effect is good, indirectly increase the economic benefits of enterprises.
