| Along with the rapid development and growing popularity of unattended substation, the operations of substation has became more and more difficult. As for reducing failure of equipment, eliminating potential risks and shortcomings earlier, and realizing the purpose of downsizing for efficiency, it is necessary to optimize the power transformation equipment maintenance and management studies.Meanwhile, as the development of online monitoring and professional equipment(such as infrared imaging), the maturity of equipment testing and testing of technical, and the continuous improvement of evaluation condition and assessment system risk of power equipment at home and abroad. Those provide a practical theory and technique foundation for substation operation personnel in operating conditions. In such circumstances, the Guangdong Power Grid Corporation proposed a research projects which is based on the risk assessment of power transmission and transformation equipment maintenance policy in 2012. And they piloted the implementation in Jiangmen City Power Supply Bureau. Substation equipment difference operation and maintenance is an important aspect of the study, which is not only a new topic, but also a new challenge for substation operators. The key for equipment operation strategy of differentiation is-- adjusting the equipment inspection cycle and project dynamically with classification of equipment as its starting point. So that the operators clearly know about when and where they need to be, what kind of standard and technology they are going to use for.The paper is based on the problems which the operators encountered in a 220 kV substation equipment in the Patrol Centers differential tour operations, to discuss and suggest the improvements for the dynamic adjustment of operational strategies, which is by using VB.NET language programming to approach the design. |
