Based On The Theory Of Planned Behavior Urban Traffic Anomie Behavior Analysis And Improve Countermeasures Research

With the development of our social and economy, the advancement of urbanization, urban construction in our country has obtained great achievement, and city size, population continues to expand, but the expansion of the city has brought many problems, such as contradiction between limited space and transportation demand of huge population of urban has become serious, and traffic congestion, traffic accidents and other urban disease has hindered the healthy development of the city, at the same time, raise the level of motorization, profound changes in the structure of the driver have taken place in a short time, and traffic participants’ safety culture quality need to be improved, and traffic illegal and abuse is widespread, and the urban is facing the great challenge of “loss of civilization”. The most important reason behind this is the inconsistent relationship between the elements of urban traffic, which contributes the frequent anomie behavior and the chaos of urban traffic order. In order to effectively solve this problem, we need to study the mechanism and key factors of urban traffic anomie behavior, and then formulate targeted behavioral norms, to curb traffic anomie behavior, to build a harmonious urban traffic environment, to provide the basis and reference in theory.This article first classified the forms of urban traffic anomie behavior, combed the motor vehicle, non-motor vehicle and pedestrian traffic subject’s psychological needs and characteristics on the anomie behavior performance, understood and mastered the object of study, and based on the theory of planned behavior, combined with the actual situation, add external stimulus, traffic environment, cost pressures three variables to construct a theoretical model of urban traffic anomie behavior on the basis of the theory of planned behavior, designed a questionnaire survey of urban traffic anomie behaviors, got 418 valid data, used the SPSS19.0 software to analyze the correlation of traffic anomie behavior with age, sex and educational descriptive variables, and carried on the quantitative evaluation on the cognitive status of urban traffic anomie behavior, to meet the people’s attention to urban traffic anomie behavior and attitude, and then with the help of software AMOS21.0, used the structural equation model to carry on the validation and path analysis of urban traffic anomie behavior model. On this basis, develop a code of conduct targeted countermeasures for motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians. Findings have theoretical significance and realistic reference value.
