In recent years,there is still a certain gap between the traffic civilization literacy of urban residents and the development level of urban traffic construction in China,and traffic irregularities,illegal behavior and bad traffic habits are still common.Based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)Study on the Behavioral Law of Unintentional Traffic Running Red Light and its Intelligent Warning Method(71901036)and the Xi'an Science and Technology Program(2019111913 RKX003SF007-9),this paper studies the mechanism and management countermeasures of typical traffic misconduct based on the analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of typical traffic misconduct.The main body of this paper can be summarized as four parts: the characteristics and influencing factors of typical traffic anomie,the influence of forced road change in the control area of motor vehicle intersection,the influence of non-motor vehicle invasion on the section without physical isolation,the countermeasures of traffic management improvement and the application effect.The research contents are as follows:(1)Based on stochastic utility theory,a MNL model is proposed to sort the influencing factors of typical traffic anomie behavior.Through the UAV field collection and questionnaire survey,the relevant data of typical traffic anomie behavior are obtained.The video data are debounced,the region of interest is defined and the morphology is optimized.Based on the statistical analysis of the intersection control area,non-physical isolation section and survey paper data,the vehicle driving characteristics and non-physical isolation section in the intersection control area are studied Driving characteristics of non-motor vehicles.Based on the random utility theory,the MNL model of influencing factors of typical traffic anomie behavior is constructed,and the order of importance of three kinds of typical traffic anomie behaviors is obtained by using the survey data.(2)The traffic safety and efficiency analysis method of vehicle forced lane change in intersection control area is proposed.Based on the influence of forced lane change behavior on the efficiency and safety of traffic flow in the intersection control area,the vehicle operation process is divided into three stages: stable passing period,deceleration and stopping period and queuing period.Based on the traffic flow theory,this paper establishes the analysis method of intersection capacity and intersection operation delay under the influence of forced lane change,and puts forward the traffic safety analysis method of forced lane changing vehicles based on lane changing speed,lane changing angle and deceleration.Based on the efficiency evaluation method proposed in this paper,the efficiency of intersection control area under forced lane change is analyzed according to different traffic flow operation conditions,and the influence of forced lane change rate,lane change time and lane change distance on traffic efficiency of intersection control area is quantitatively evaluated.(3)The evaluation method of traffic safety and efficiency of non-motor vehicle intrusion without physical isolation section is put forward.Based on the classification of the interference phenomenon caused by non-motor vehicle intrusion on the normal traffic of motor vehicle in the road section without physical isolation,aiming at the friction interference and blocking interference phenomenon,the micro acceleration and deceleration process of motor vehicle disturbed in the process of non-motor vehicle intrusion is refined,and the relevant safety and efficiency evaluation methods are formulated.Taking the vehicle speed variation,minimum deceleration and non-motor vehicle mixing angle as safety evaluation indexes,and taking motor vehicle speed and delay as efficiency evaluation indexes,the traffic efficiency of road section under non motor vehicle invasion is analyzed,and the influence of non-motor vehicle proportion and road service level on road traffic safety and efficiency is quantitatively evaluated.(4)The evaluation system of traffic management improvement countermeasures is put forward.From two aspects of behavior guidance and traffic safety facilities,according to behavioral psychology and normative provisions,this paper puts forward traffic management improvement countermeasures set,combines prospect theory with evolutionary game model,constructs evolutionary game model between driver and traffic management department,simulates and analyzes dynamic replication equation by using value function,and establishes traffic safety facilities optimization based on KPI theory The effectiveness evaluation system,combined with the characteristics of vehicle operation,analyzes the application effect of the improvement measures,and provides the basis for effectively stopping the typical traffic anomie behavior.
