In the current domestic stereo garage market,the control system and electromechanical system of most products are relatively simple,and the intelligence level and operation efficiency are low.The replacement of the electromechanical system of this kind of stereo garage is costly and time-consuming,so the intellectualization of the control system has great practical significance to improve the operation efficiency.PSHS6-WF6 G which is a kind of cross sliding type stereo garage,is a representative of the common stereo garage in China.The original stereo garage is controlled by one PLC,so the access strategy is fixed,and the vehicle access speed is relatively slow.Without changing the mechanical structure of the original stereo garage,this paper will discuss a way to upgrade the original control system to a hybrid system consisting of PC and PLC through the intellectualization.The communication between them which programed in LABVIEW,is established by the ActiveX controls of MX-COMPONENT.In the new control system,the vehicle access operation will be realized by PLC,meanwhile the flexible vehicle access strategy will be realized by the PC control system which mixed programming with MATLAB and LABVIEW.By collecting the data of the access vehicle,the program compares the probability of the incoming and the leaving,and adjusts the access vehicle strategy.After that,the vehicle access strategy of the stereo garage can be adjusted factitiously or automatically according to the environment.In this way,the stereo garage vehicle access speed and the efficiency of the garage can be improved.At the end of this paper,the effect of the intellectualization on the efficiency of the stereo garage will be showed through the MATLAB simulation.
