GJ Expressway Loan Project Evaluation Research

In the 1970 s,project loan,as a new financing method,appeared and applied in the international financial market.After decades of development,project loan has become a relatively mature financing method,and has been fully used in various industries,especially in large-scale infrastructure projects,most of which use project loan.In recent years,China's economic development is fast,the reform of the capital market is gradually in-depth,the government vigorously carries out infrastructure construction,project loans become an important part of the credit business of commercial banks.However,compared with other loans of commercial banks,project loans have their own characteristics,which are quite different from other loans in terms of loan subject,project itself and repayment capital source.Therefore,how to evaluate the project scientifically in order to improve the future asset benefit and credit risk control of commercial banks is a topic that has been discussed by major commercial banks.From the perspective of commercial banks,the author takes the GJ highway project loan involved in the actual investigation as the research object,and on the basis of the research results at home and abroad,explores the way and method of highway project loan evaluation from the perspective of actual business.First of all,based on the review of the research status at home and abroad and the investment decision-making theory of highway loan project,combined with the current situation of GJ highway project,this paper studies the general evaluation process and method of the project loan of commercial banks,and makes a micro evaluation of the investment subjects and project subjects of GJ highway project loan,and combines the management experience of commercial banks in project evaluation The feasibility conclusion and Implementation Countermeasures of GJ highway project loan are put forward,which provides a certain practical basis for the decision-making of highway project loan.
