With Beidou Satellite covering the global, the Beidou Navigation Satellite System has been able to provide timepiece, navigation, orientation and short message communication service to users. Its accuracy timing, precise and passive location have gradually broke the blocked technology and monopoly situation of GPS. Recently, port economy has developed and orientation has applied in various industries. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a flowing machinery monitor system which is unified, efficient and precise to meet the increasingly modern, intelligent and normalized ports, improve the safety of production of large flowing machinery equipment and reduce production accidents. This paper designs the flowing machinery monitor system based on Beidou Navigation Satellite System and its main contents include:Firstly, this paper describes the basic principle of GPS and GIS, the difference location technology, the architecture of B/S software and analyses the project requirements of the flowing machinery vehicle terminal, server terminal and monitor client terminal. On the basis of these theories, system design principle and working principle, this paper describes the overall design.Secondly, it is the part of mobile terminal designation. It contains hardware design through STM32 single chip as micro controller and flowing machinery vehicle terminal of the LD-HD60 Beidou satellite receiver board which Includs detailed design of each module, program design of location and communication and program realization in the IAR development environment.Then, it is the part of monitor terminal designation. This paper designs remote server, the database and the client program based on the B/S software architecture. It realizes the communication of the server and vehicle client terminal, location display of mobile machinery, alarm, remote control and other functions through database technology, nodejs, websocket and GIS technology.Finally, this paper complete hardware platform, tests the system, obtains the test data, analyzes the stability of the system and the accuracy of location and further verifies the feasibility of the design of this paper.
