| For a long time,the construction of rural buildings,especially agricultural houses,still maintains the traditional construction technology and construction methods,this kind of traditional brick-concrete structure with long construction cycle,poor structure seismic performance and serious waste of natural resources is still ubiquitous in the vast rural areas of our country.The construction of rural agricultural housing is facing an unprecedented revolution.Judging from the development course of rural residential buildings in Europe,America,Japan and other developed countries and regions,Light Steel Assembly Building has the characteristics of flexible space layout,fast construction speed,strong seismic performance and sustainable development of buildings.And it is perfect for housing in rural areas.Light steel assembled residence is the trend of the future development of agricultural housing architecture.Recently,the state has introduced a series of assembly building policies to facilitate the intensification of rural land.The annual increase of steel production in China provides unlimited possibilities for the popularization of steel structure assembled agricultural houses in China.Space standardization design is the premise of steel structure architectural design,and the basis for the diversification of space design.The main content of this study is to study and discuss the standardized design and diversified design methods of light steel agricultural houses in rural areas of southern Anhui Province.This study attempts to explore a design system of an assembled steel structure farm room which can adapt to the living habits of local villagers and reflect the style of traditional residential buildings in Huizhou area.The thesis mainly forms the final design scheme from two main lines of building fa?ade style and standardized space.First of all,the author combs the related concepts of steel structure residence and building standardization and diversification.Based on the regional characteristics of southern Anhui Province,the improved design method of agricultural room suitable for assembled steel structure in southern Anhui province is determined.Secondly,this study starts from the regional environment and historical and cultural evolution of southern Anhui,summed up and extracted the facade style and spatial characteristics of traditional residential buildings in southern Anhui villages.And then,The author through the Anhui Shexian County typical southern Anhui village-Baiyang Village to carry out in-depth home visits and field mapping.In order to understand the current needs of villagers living and living,as well as the evolution and use of agricultural housing.Therefore,on the basis of statistics of each functional spatial data of agricultural housing,600 mm is used as the basic modulus of space design,and the standardized function module is designed with steel structure as the means of structural design.And according to the actual needs of the villagers ’ life,the functional modules of the interior space layout.At last,the author combined the functional modules in a variety of combinations,designed to adapt to the different living and living needs of the villagers in southern Anhui,reflecting the traditional architectural fa?ade and space characteristics of southern Anhui Province housing program and village Group Planning program.The full study revolves around Baiyang Village as the research object,according to the two design elements of planar space and facade style in the design of agricultural house,from the point of view of standardized design,use steel structure as the design medium,and try to design the farm house and group planning and design scheme which can conform to the characteristics of southern Anhui at present..For the future,light steel assembly of agricultural housing in southern Anhui and even the whole country to provide a new way of thinking for reference,and has certain reference significance and application value. |
