Currently,indoor space is the most primary place people live and work,where people spend more than 80% time of one day.So the quality of the indoor environment have a direct effect in people’s health and work efficiency.Therefore,it is very necessary to find a set of accurate and always detection system for indoor environment and to improve the environment to achieve the comfortable for the individual to intelligent control method.For a given indoor environment,we need to arrange several representative detection points first by using traditional-style indoor environment detection method and then complete the rest of work.Today, however,the indoor environment is changing variously.It is very difficult to apply the other places by using traditional-style indoor environment detection method which do not have universality.Therefore,we need to break the limitations of traditional-style indoor environment detection method and transform the detection method form fixed detection to mobile detection.Mobile indoor environment testing system is not affected by the indoor environment.It is very convenient to use in other indoor environment which can avoid the trouble of new detection system platform’s reestablishment.At the sametime,comparing to the fixed-point detection method,we can detect a continuous parameter in a indoor environment whether it is horizontal or vertical by using mobile indoor environment testing system.The data detected by using mobile indoor environment testing system become more significant and valuable.However, the pursuit of a comfortable indoor environment at the same time, energy consumption also came into being. Especially in recent years, energy shortage, so that people in the pursuit of a comfortable indoor environment at the same time, have to pay more attention and emphasis on energy savings. Today, air conditioning to improve the indoor environment plays an important role. Therefore, whether the air conditioning energy consumption reduction is the sole criterion for judging people to improve indoor thermal comfort environment is energy conservation. However, a single energy-saving measures did reduce air conditioning energy consumption, but not perfect, and can not achieve maximum energy-saving effect.This paper presents a mobile indoor environment testing platform can be achieved on a three-dimensional space that is three-dimensional direction detection. And on this basis, the depth to adjust the indoor environment comfortable optimization of energy-saving methods. It specific research can be divided into the following:(1)designed to track a mobile platform sensing means, and throughingenious mechanical design and electrical design, to achieve the indoor environment in three dimensions that is three-dimensional detection.(2)When stability and using simulation software Adams agencies motion simulation verify the feasibility of its movement and the movement needed to monitor.(3)In one large library reading room as the research object, the use of self-designed mobile indoor environment testing system, real-time detection of indoor environmental parameters. On shading, indoor air-conditioning supply air temperature and wind speed of these three factors, combined with the body’s thermal comfort requirements discussed for the synthesis chamber to borrow the maximum energy-saving methods. And to optimize the energy-saving method developed on the basis of in-house facilities for intelligent regulation, to ensure that the indoor environment is in a state of energy-saving comfort.
