Healthy ecological environment is the material basis of human survival and also the condition that social sustainable development relies on.In recent years in our country, though makes much contribution to the economy, the industry of coal also causes big threat to the surrounding which is seriously constraints on Chinese sustainable economic development. The government has spent a great deal of material and financial resources, Launched a series of fruitful activities, even so,the problem is still serious.How to protect the ecological environment, extend the life cycle of coal exploitation, spurring our eco-environment stepping into a benign circle early, the economic growth, resources utilization, and the sustainable development of social progress must be payed close attention to by all of us.Reading the literature summary in domestic and overseas, we found that the specialists and scholars in the world are looking for projects about ecological actively, The results from these projects have proved of great value,which includes the analysis of the Object and Standard system of Compensating Ecology for Mineral Resources Exploitation. It also includes the delimitation and accounting treatment of Ecological Cost. But the study of financing for Ecological Compensation is finite.Up to now, the writer has studied co-environment extensively, hoping to make more discoveries.The thesis analyses the study of ecological compensation in domestic and overseas on the first, and describes the environment problems in our country.Secondly, it summarizes the deep cause of eco-compensation problems. Finally, taking coal resources development in Fuyuan, Yunnan for example, it does a empirical research on how to perfect the eco-compensation mechanism from price formation, management of mine right, industry assistance, financial tax, and the running mechanism of eco-compensation during coal mining.
