Entrepreneurship And Global Value Chain Upgrade

Under the environment of economic globalization,more and more countries and regions to participate in the global value chain in the division of labor system through such a globalised production network,countries and regions can carry out exchanges and cooperation,make efficient configuration of resources,promote the rapid development of global economic trade in such circumstances,the size of the export trade in our country is expanding,but also show whether the rapid growth of the total amount of export companies in our country the corresponding improved its position in the global value chain? Indeed,in recent years,China's enterprises increasingly reflected in the position in global value chain,but for the core technology,and the lack of effective marketing management in our country and in many developing countries are at a disadvantage position in the value chain,enterprise in the long term easily fall in low-end locking risk,economic development will be suppressed for an enterprise,the entrepreneur is the core and soul of entrepreneurship is the entrepreneur's unique qualities,and entrepreneurs to research is vital for enterprises to climb in the position in global value chain.This paper mainly studies the impact of entrepreneurs' talents on the upgrading of global value chain in China.Firstly,it elaborates the relevant theories of global value chain and entrepreneurs' talents respectively.Then based on the related literature and theory,the multiple regression model was established,the concrete measure and analysis of the entrepreneur can impact on the global value chain upgrade through large amounts of data statistics found that entrepreneurship has a certain influence on enterprise value chain in the division of labor status,and according to this article selected indicators to measure out the higher the entrepreneurial talents,division of labor status of enterprises in the value chain has the higher value-added and,considering the different ways of trade and enterprises under different property rights differ greatly,this article also points trade way and the nature of property rights to discuss entrepreneurs can impact on the global value chain division of labor status Finally,on the basis of the conclusion of this paper,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on how to promote the upgrading of Chinese enterprises' global value chain.
