Promoting The Development Of New Urbanization In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

The Yangtze River economic belt is an important axis of development economy,population, city intensive in China, occupies an important position in the national"two vertical and three horizontal" spatial pattern. Since the reform and open policy,the Yangtze River provinces and municipalities to actively promote the process ofurbanization, has formed the Yangtze River Delta, the Yangtze River middle reachesand Kawa Mi city group and a number of regional central city. According to thespatial proximity, the level of economic development is similar to the standard, theYangtze River economic belt can be divided into upper, middle and lower reaches ofthree regions, upstream of the three provinces and one city, respectively, Yunnan,Sichuan and Chongqing in the middle reaches of Guizhou, including four provinces,Anhui, Jiangxi, Hunan respectively, lower Hubei, including three provinces and onecity Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, respectively. Look on the whole, the level ofsocial and economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Zone behind thecoastal economic belt, but there still exist many problems, especially in the middleand lower reaches of the gap between economic and social development, theurbanization level gap, gap of income of dweller of large. We need to further optimizethe space structure, improve the urban system, actively promote the healthydevelopment of the Yangtze River Economic Zone of new town. In this paper, thelevel of urbanization, spatial distribution and development trend of the Yangtze Rivereconomic belt, to promote the development of basic ideas of new urbanization in theYangtze River economic belt, the Yangtze River economic belt, promoting newurbanization focus on the tasks and goals of development, promoting newurbanization policy recommendations four major part of the discussion and theresearch to the town the current situation in the development of economy, theproblems, solutions and the future development put forward feasible suggestions theYangtze River Economic zone.
