A Study On Urbanization Quality Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of The Yangtze River Economic Belt

Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization rate has increased at an annual rate of one percentage point,and the urbanization process has been rapid.However,the rapid urbanization has also led to the disorderly expansion of urbanization,capital and labor input factors and other resource use efficiency.The low-level issues,as well as the rapid expansion of land and population have put too high demands on environmental carrying capacity and the ecological environment has deteriorated.China's urbanization process faces the dual challenges of development quality and connotation innovation.To this end,the Chinese government promotes a new urbanization strategy,emphasizing the development goal of urbanization quality,and urbanization efficiency is an important manifestation of urbanization quality.Based on the connotation of urbanization quality,this paper explores the urbanization quality evaluation method and combs the influencing factors of urbanization quality to clarify the research focus and research ideas.Therefore,based on the internal logic of urbanization quality,the input-output index system of urbanization quality is constructed,and the urbanization input-output data of prefecture-level cities in 2005-2016 is selected,and the random frontier method model is used to 107 the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The quality of urbanization in the city is measured,and the factors affecting the quality of urbanization are explored.The following conclusions are drawn: 2005-2016 Yangtze River Economic Belt population urbanization efficiency,economic urbanization efficiency,ecological urbanization efficiency,urban-rural integration efficiency There is a relatively obvious improvement;however,from the perspective of changes in urbanization efficiency at different levels,the urbanization rate of population and the rate of ecological urbanization lag behind the rate of urbanization of the economy;from the perspective of urbanization efficiency in the subregion,the urbanization of the Yangtze River economic belt Efficiency shows an upward trend in the ladder pattern.The urbanization quality improvement of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a certain correlation in terms of space.The urbanization efficiency,economic urbanization efficiency,eco-urbanization efficiency,and urban-rural integration efficiency of the downstream population of the Yangtze River Economic Belt all show strong spatial correlation.The radiation-driven capacity of the provincial capitals in the upstream and middle reaches still needs to be improved.There is a “siphon effect” in megacities,and there is no benign interaction between cities and complementary functions.The positive effects of capital,labor,land,energy,policy and other factors on the quality of urbanization cannot be ignored,and the land input and energy input flexibility of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is relatively high.From the estimation of the non-technical efficiency function of the Yangtze River through technical urbanization,foreign direct investment has a significant effect on the efficiency of economic urbanization.The optimization of industrial structure has a significant effect on the efficiency of economic urbanization and the efficiency of ecological urbanization,and the improvement of education level.It has a significant role in promoting urban efficiency and urban-rural integration efficiency.The improvement of infrastructure and the level of financial development have not been very effective in promoting the efficiency of urbanization.In response to this,we should accelerate the promotion of urban-rural integration and regional coordination,break down the institutional and institutional barriers to the free flow and equal exchange of urban and rural factors,promote the equalization of urban and rural public services,and allow the full flow of talents and capital;and create a close-knit Yangtze River economic belt town.To develop the pattern of development,to achieve the coordinated development of the upper,middle and lower reaches,to shape the high-quality spatial pattern of the new urbanization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and to enhance the comprehensive urbanization capacity of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
