Organizational citizenship behavior is a core proposition of Human Resource Management, which has an important role in improving organizational performance and core competitiveness. This paper takes transformational leadership as antecedent variable, and introduces psychological empowerment as intermediary variable to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior and the mechanism of psychological empowerment.This paper enriches theory of organizational citizenship behavior, and has practical significance to promote organizational citizenship behavior and improve the organization’s overall performance.The main work of this paper is as follows:propose research model and hypotheses in the premise of analyzing the relevant literature; made questionnaire for middle managers by referencing China scholars in mainland culture development scale questionnaire; use statistical software to first-hand data for statistical analysis,including reliability and validity,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and explore the relationship between transformation leadership, psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior from a multidimensional perspective,test hypotheses,make conclusions.The main conclusions of this paper is as follows:(1)in the cultural environment of Chinese enterprise, transformational leadership includes vision of incentives, personalized care, moral integrity and leadership.Psychological empowerment includes work influence, meaning of work, self-efficacy, autonomy.Organizational citizenship behavior includes individual level, group level, organizational level and social level;(2)transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior and psychological show a significant positive correlation;(3)transformational leadership has significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior;(4)transformational leadership has significant and positive effect on psychological empowerment;(5)psychological empowerment has significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior;(6)work influence,meaning of work,self-efficacy of psychological empowerment have a partial mediation effect on transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.
