Research On Land Consolidation Potential In Rencheng District Of Jining City

In recent years,with the increasing of population,the contradiction between human and land is becoming more and more serious.But the number of land is limited,how to use the limited land to meet the growing population has become an important issue of the current social development.As an important way to alleviate the problem of land,land remediation has been paid more and more attention by people.On the one hand,land consolidation can effectively increase the quantity of cultivated land,improve the quality of cultivated land;on the other hand,it can optimize the layout of land use,improve the comprehensive use efficiency of land,so as to maximize the efficiency of land use.The analysis of the potential of land consolidation is the first and basic work of land consolidation,and it is the premise and foundation for the smooth implementation of land consolidation planning.In this paper,the research background,purpose,significance,domestic and foreign research trends,research ideas and the relevant theory of land consolidation potential were deeply studied.After analysis the Rencheng District regional situation,land utilization status,The facing challenges and opportunities of the Rencheng district land remediation was expounded.Then land reclamation potential types were divided into the consolidation potential of arable land,land reclamation potential,potential of land exploitation,rural construction land rectification potential,urban construction land consolidation potential;and by using the research of land consolidation potential measurement and classification method,Rencheng District land consolidation potential was measuredand classified.Finally targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for Rencheng district land consolidation potential;the main results of this paper were introduced;the existing deficiencies in this study were pointed out and the main direction it was necessary to study in the future was introduced.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The potential of land remediationThe region land reclamation of arable land potential was 29196.94 hectares.Among it the agricultural land consolidation of cultivated land potential was 28042.65 hectares,accounted for 96.05%of the total potential;land reclamation of cultivated land potential was 943.96 hectares,accounting for 3.23%of total potential;land development and of cultivated land potential was 210.33 hectares,accounted for 0.72%.(1)The potential of agricultural land consolidationThe region's existing arable land was 33256.02 hectares.the most arable land in northern was flat,where soil texture was good,soil layer was thick,land utilization ratio was high,so the remediation potential was low.Whereas southern area was subsidence area,with poor water conditions,low land utilization rate,so the remediation potential was large.28042.65 hectares was to be consolidated,1343.51 hectares would increased.(2)Land reclamationThe area where should be reclaimed land was mainly abandoned independent mining and coal mining subsidence,accounting for 943.96 hectares,most of which can be reclaimed for arable land,increase the potential of 424.64 hectares of arable land.(3)The development of unused landSuitable arable land was mainly barren grasslands,inland beaches and bare rock gravel.210.33 hectares was to be developed,and there would be an increase of 116.95 hectares of arable land potential.2.The potential of urban and rural construction land(1)The potential of rural construction land renovationThrough the rural residential space integration,building a new rural community,reducing the size of rural residential land,there would be 1021.05 hectares to be remediated,and 773.18 hectares of the hook potential would be increased or decreased.(2)The potential of urban low efficiency construction landTo speed up the pace of urban transformation,expand the space for urban development,enhance the value of land,improve the living environment,protect the healthy development of cities and towns,and promote the level of land conservation and intensive use,urban construction land renovation was mainly the city village and the transformation of the old district.There were 667.21 hectares to be remediated.
