Research And Application Of Supply Chain Financing Model Under Capital Restriction

With the accelerated pace of development of small and medium enterprises, lack of funds has become increasingly prominent problem, but existing security system is imperfect, and financing costs is high, need to find a financing model that not require fixed assets as collateral, financing convenient and low financing costs, supply chain finance products based on the core business stability and viability of relying on good reputation, break through traditional bank credit rating requirements, become the preferred mode of financing for small and medium enterprises.Firstly, the basic theory of supply chain financing are described, including supply chain finance background, definition, essence, development status and so on. Depending on the role of third-party logistics companies in the supply chain financing model plays, we discussed traditional role model, bank credit model, control role model’operational processes, and were given for each mode gives a quantitative analysis and comparison of revenue, and also make the appropriate analysis of risk for each financing mode. The results for small and medium enterprises to choose their own supply chain financing model provides a reference.Finally, study the supply chain financing model in the "Farming-Supermarket Docking" in the application, for the unique characteristics of farmer cooperatives, discusses the role of the traditional role models and the control mode in the process of co-financing of specific operational processes, and also discussed the professional farmers cooperatives and third-party logistics companies’s benefits and risks of these two modes and make comparisons, provide a reference for the farmer cooperatives.
