Urbanization is an important part of China’s modernization, is the key to solve themany structural problems in economic and social development. In recent years, ourcountry industrialization in the development which progresses by leaps and bounds, alsobegan to speed up the pace of urbanization. also accelerated the pace of urbanization.Atthe end of2012, China’s urbanization rate has reached0.525, but compared with theworld’s average level there are still a big gap.At present, Inner Mongolia autonomousregion urbanization level has reached0.577, the same period is higher than the nationalaverage, but does not represent the actual urbanization quality is higher than the nationalaverage, the Inner Mongolia autonomous region still exist in the process of urbanizationdevelopment of our urbanization level artificially high, urban development imbalance,unreasonable industrial structure, and a series of problems,To this, we should reflect on,the development zone of urbanization should be how to proceed.Based on thedescription of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region urbanization situation, analysis ofthe Inner Mongolia autonomous region new problems and reasons of urbanization,urbanization mode of study and draw lessons from both home and abroad, it isconcluded that the Inner Mongolia autonomous region to get comprehensivedevelopment should follow a new path of urbanization, and finally a new path ofurbanization through the Inner Mongolia autonomous region to do a SWOT analysis,put forward a series of countermeasures and Suggestions, hoping to contribute to myhometown development a meager strength.
