However, with the changes of the modern china’s environment athome and abroad, marine fisheries appear certain kinds of crisis. Imperialist invademarine fishery, pirates rob fishermen, fisheries organizations exploit fishermen,Inaddition, lack of fisheries education, fisheries technology backwardness, the marinefisheries of Modern Jiangsu and Zhejiang fell into great difficulties.Face to these crises, the government and communities has taken somecorresponding measures. For the backward production tools, a group people lead byZhangjian, set up Jiangsu-Zhejiang Fishery Company, introduction a number ofadvanced equipments, improving the efficiency of fishing greatly. In order to ensurethe transfer of funds, the government established the fishery bank consortium, takegovernment and bank as an account to make sure the function of fishery production.Apart from these measures, the government also set up the aquatic school to trainprofessional people.
