With an increasingly competitive market environment, most competitive industries are faced with a problem, and that is how to control costs by manufacturing enterprises to profit, construction companies are also facing the same problem. Construction industry is a basic industry in national construction. construction enterprise economic benefits for the entire economy, especially the construction of great economic relations. And how the economic benefits of construction enterprise depends largely on the operation and management level. Currently, the construction industry is pursuing tender system, around shorten the construction period and reduce construction costs, improve construction quality and improve investment efficiency reforms, which for construction companies, require a more comprehensive management plan. To adapt to the new situation of the reform, construction companies must quickly change long-standing presence in the ranks of poor quality, low management level, technical backwardness, in order to improve the overall quality of construction enterprises, enhance the resilience and competitiveness. This study T company DS highway project as the starting point, around the questions, analyze and solve problems logical train of thought. Through the T company DS highway project actual research, the problem of losses cost analysis and control research projects exist in the process. By comparing the cost method, the cost of the construction project five specific risk of profit and loss, and other factors influence the total cost structure, were analyzed and compared. The main is doing the comparative analysis in the actual cost and the target program, and then through the actual investigation, to identify T’s DS highway project cost management in labor costs, material costs, machinery costs, other direct costs and indirect costs of these five reasons for changes in the basic cost occurred and suggest ways and measures to solve these problems.Through the analysis of this study, T company in order to solve the DS highway project problems that exist in the cost of losses. cost must be controlled from the following five areas:(1) for T company DS highway project of natural and social risk control problems, put forward the following two constructive Suggestions:the establishment of the natural environment of emergency pipeline mechanism; Second, the correct solution of social relations with the local population.(2) for T company DS highway project behavior risk control problems, mainly from three aspects:First, the establishment of cost control system from the perspective of the management structure; Second, a financial management system, develop financial plans to use; Third, the specification of materials management system and rational utilization of machinery and equipment.(3) for T company DS highway project risk control problems, mainly from three aspects:First, the establishment of project quality management system, measuring system, test system and on-site management system; Second, establish and improve departmental perfect job responsibilities and strengthen the construction team management; Third, the proposed production and management of specific measures to strengthen security management.(4)For the questions of T’s DS highway project contract risk control, the common several major problems of contract management are as a starting point, by strengthening the construction phase contract management, attention to engineering changes and timely follow-up project to improve claims management level, to increase project benefits reach project profitability objectives.Based on the T company DS highway project cost analysis, reveals the present situation of cost management of construction enterprises, in order to strengthen the consciousness of the cost management of construction enterprises, establish and improve the construction enterprise cost management mechanism, promoting China’s construction enterprises in the scientific, standardized the path of the development, and improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises.
