Culture is a rivers which let national and social progress put forward, corporate culture let thee enterprise to go on the river. Both the national culture and the corporate culture, it means air, less VIible but essential, and it is real.In organizational system, the culture is one of the important parts. From the currently available studies show that organizational change consists mainly of four dimensions, one of which is a cultural change, because they did not effectively estimate the impact of corporate culture, or did not deal with the other elements of corporate culture change in the change process relations, which led to the failure of almost three-quarters of process reengineering, total quality management, strategic planning and the like. Thus, the study of corporate culture is a necessary proposition.Our corporate culture, many enterprise managers initially focused on corporate documents, along with economic development, enterprise gradually perspective on corporate culture as the basis to build enterprise-effective means of enhancing the role of go.
