Through the systematic spread of SKMS, SK found consistency in its corporate culture. Through analyzing SK's corporate culture and its practical management cases, it is ascertained that behavior culture has long term benefits while system culture can achieve short term results.Overall, this research is based on a discussion from a global perspective of how corporate culture succeeded in domestically can be adapted under the global environment, enabling the overseas market to establish a dominant position. This thesis defines how a corporate can adapt to global environment. SK's transnational corporate culture conforms to the global era. To usher in the global environment, this thesis suggested some improvements required in current SKMS from a micro viewpoint.
