This will become the trend of oil industry management in the future.HSE performance management is the key part of HSE management system. It reflects how the movement and application of HSE elements, including laws and control regulations, the realization of HSE aims and indicators and the management. Also including the bad effects of accident> diseases and the environment pollution. Continuously performing the performance measurement is not only to ensures the success of HSE management system, but also the improvement of "line responsibility"and"area managemenfto implement self regulation. X oil depot as a oil products distribution center of the district, undertaking the highest level of risk and social responsibility, improving the HSE management is good for enhancing the management level.This article firstly summarize the HSE theory to conclude the basic theory of HSE management performance evaluation; then in case of the real working condition of X oil depot together with the situation of current HSE management performance evaluation to get the relevant factors to reflect the element influencing the health, safety and environment.
