| The L area has long been used as a garbage disposal site in the Pudong. There are several garbage biochemical treatment plants and garbage landfill located in this region. Because of the process properly, mismanagement and other reasons, it results serious environmental pollution problems, especially the serious air pollution.In order to properly resolve the long-standing problem of environmental pollution in this region, and also consider about the garbage long-term reasonable disposal in Pudong, so the government established the Pudong L waste incineration power plant to solve the problem of garbage disposal and environmental pollution.In this paper, it shows background information, waste incineration power industry situation, business investment information, construction scale and overall design, the status of the project, the problems in the project, and the owner of the project, that is a large state-owned enterprise in Pudong. It will be a comprehensive detailed analysis of the problems in this project, and will seek the solutions. |
