| The municipal solid waste incineration for power generation is one of the main industries of J company.As a new type project of green energy generation,the company solved the problem in many cities surrounded by the waste through solid waste incineration in the past ten years.In the meanwhile,the company offers new sources of energy to the nation through thermal power.The company won both economic and social benefits,and successfully came a listed company in 2014.In order to further adapt to the industrial development of waste incineration power generation and to enhance the company’s market competitiveness,it is necessary to make new development strategies to meet the new development and social demands.Firstly, this paper introduced the company’s strategy.Then the external environment, industry status and industry markets of J company were analyzed.Through matrix(EFE), the company external factors were evaluated. Based on analysis of J company internal environment, this paper stated the company’s resources, management, brands, technologies and talent cultivation strategy. Through matrix(IFE), the company internal factors were evaluated. And then through evaluations with Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix(QSPM), a strategic plan was made.In the end,several suggestions of strategy implementation were put forward,which could hopefully provide some reference on the development of enterprises of waste incineration for power generation in China. |
