A Preliminary Study On Regional Energy Planning Model From The Perspective Of Distributed Integrated Energy System

Cities are the most important regions of energy use. Urban planning has significant effect on promoting sustainable development of urban energy, establishing a rational urban energy structure and improving the quality of urban environment. But for the time being, still leading by land-use planning, the existing urban planning systemthat mainly relate to the energy, such as the electricity, heating and gas systems is proceed with the municipal infrastructure, without taking the initiative to combine rational use of energy and energy-saving with urban planning.In order to integrate energy planning-related into the process of urban planning, through the study of this article tries to establish the connection between the energy planning and urban plan. Energy planning and urban planning are mutually influence and contact with each other and can be integrated as a whole. City energy strategy is influenced by the city’s economic development, population growth, environmental capacity and maximum of urban development patterns, such as the restriction and influence, at the same time, the way of urban energy supply and use restricts the urban development model and planning. Running the idea of comprehensive utilization of energy though the urban development strategic planning, master urban planning, and regulatory detailed planning, urban planning should consider all aspects of energy problems.Based on the analysis of characteristics of urban planning under the comprehensive utilization of energy idea, in this paper we explore the interactive regional energy planning and controlling detailed planning, concluded that regional energy planning into urban planning system to plan as a whole to consideration. We must establish contact with regulatory detailed planning; to make the target of energy planning is able to specific implementation.District Energy System is the efficient way to achieve energy efficient cascade utilization, energy conservation and emissions reduction of regional development and construction has a significant advantage. Under the low carbon urban space development trend, it will become the main body of urban energy system innovation in our country in the future. Efficiency of District Energy System for regional energy planning has certain requirements. In this paper, by analyzing the regional characteristics of distributed energy system, put forward a district energy under the perspective of regional energy planning model, put forward the regional energy planning principles and objectives, proposed building energy consumption simulation calculation method and analysis method of supply and demand, energy system economic efficiency analysis model is established, and take LuoHe XiCheng district as the case study, this paper discusses how to carry out the reasonable energy distribution.
