On The Competency Model Of Entrepreneurial Talents In Micro - Enterprise

According to Government Work Report2012, the active cultivation of highly qualifiedentrepreneurial talents is a very important task of the current government work. At first, this task requires systematic and intensive study on the qualities the entrepreneurial talents should have.In this paper, we analysed nearly200entrepreneurial talents coming from miniature enterprises in Chongqing Yuzhong Entrepreneurship Base. We surveyed103entrepreneurial talents and interviewed87entrepreneurial talents. After that, we found out the index of the qualities the entrepreneurial talents should have and built a Clivia flower petals-Model for the competency of the entrepreneurial talents. This model can be used for evaluating the qualities of the entrepreneurial talents, and guiding the training of entrepreneurial talents.
