MT is a global manufacturer and marketer of precision instruments for use in laboratory, industrial and food retailing applications. The Company has strong worldwide leadership positions. A significant majority of our instrument sales are in segments in which we are the global leader. In addition to a broad product offering, we have one of the largest global sales and service organizations among precision instrument companies.Water quality analyzers belong to one of MT’s five main businesses, which have entered China’s market for almost20years. Water quality analyzers are broadly used in chemical, petrochemicals, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, beer and beverage and so on. Besides these mentioned industries, the biggest market is municipal water and power industry. Since MT set itself at high-end level while municipal water stays in low-end market, we determine to set power industry as next entry market. With expanding product lines of MT group and demand of marketing strategy, we set target to enter China’s power industry. Hence, it will increase our turnover and market share along with further consolidating and ensuring MT’s leading position at analyzers industry.Base on above background, analyses prospect of power industry and the marketing share, product feature of current competitors, practice integrating with theory, formulates MT’s marketing positioning and goal, considering MT’as a fire-new brand entering power industry. Our marketing program include channel building, new product demand and brand building strategy and program. At the meantime, we strengthen team building, expecting successfully infiltrating MT’s water quality analyzers into power market through team’s endeavor and implementing established marketing program, reaching company’s planned strategic objective.
