Research On Equipment Purchasing Of Military Enterprises Based On Project Management Theory

Project management has been used in many ways especially in foreign troops’ military acquisition. It is much benefit for preparation of military work and construction of equipment to adopt project management in our troop’s military acquisition.This thesis sums up four characteristics in practice of military equipment purchase with the ideology of system engineering, project management theory, and analyses the differences between manage of military acquisition and common project manage, and dissertates the whole management of military acquisition project. It analyzes the quality management mode space of a tactical model, and puts forward the reform suggestions; it studies the establishment and implementation of schedule plan, discusses the basic ideas of critical chain method and its application in schedule management. The estimated time of key chain parameters and buffer and schedule control is studied in this paper; it makes research on project equipment procurement cost control, analyzes the current pricing model, and aiming at the disadvantages of the current equipment pricing model, discusses the application of incentive mechanism in equipment procurement pricing; and it analyzes the causes and the impact of the phenomenon of the existing equipment procurement risk, to increase research on prevention of risk,the project management is carried out.
