A Study On Community Participation In The Development Of Ecotourism In Wulanbu Formation Of Keqi In Inner

Eco tourism has been identified as the rapid development of world tourismindustry in the field. From twentieth Century since90time, China began developingecological tourism. The Wulanbu Series Development Zone, located in Chifeng City,Hexigten Banner, is the city of Chifeng is important tourist destination. All along, thedevelopment of grassland eco-tourism as the key to develop Keqi the tourism market.However, agriculture and animal husbandry is located in the ecotone, fragileecological environment, therefore, in the development, with particular attention to theprinciple of moderate development, development and protection simultaneously. TheWulanbu series as G flag important tourist areas, or areas inhabited by minorities,ethnic characteristics, in the development process must get community support,respect the opinions and suggestions of community residents, formulate theoperational pattern of community participation, improve the community residentsenvironmental awareness, promote sustainable development of tourism industry. Butthe existing research about the Wulanbu Series Development Zone, and the ecologicaltourism development of community participation is very low, the unfair phenomenonis more prominent, tourist income low. In this paper, the Wulanbu series developmentzone as the study area, through field survey, the community participation arediscussed, in order to our country’s research on community participation in tourismdevelopment meager strength.This article in accordance with the research ideas "raise problems, analyzeproblems and solve problems", the article is divided into7parts. The first chapter isthe introduction, mainly introduces the topics of the background, theoretical basis,research contents and methods etc.. The second chapter through to the domestic andforeign research on participation in ecotourism and community related content, toprovide basis for research in this area. The third chapter based on the theory ofsustainable development, ecological ethics theory, community participation theory,community empowerment theory research, provides the theory basis for the localdevelopment of tourism and community participation. The fourth chapter of introduction, focuses on analysis of the current situation of ecological tourism andcommunity participation in the study area. The fifth chapter establishes chart by wayof questionnaire survey, analysis, integration of the Ulan Buh Development Zone inthe community participation. The sixth chapter, the seventh chapter through theresearch on construction and operation mechanism of ecological tourism andcommunity participation mode within the scenic area, finally put the region in thedevelopment of ecotourism community participation problems and puts forwardrelated suggestions.
