Outsourcing refers to the ability to complement each other for inter-enterprise needs, according to their own situation, characterized by the ability to carry out the division of the enterprise-level capabilities to enable enterprises to the professional direction, each firm engaged only in its ability to adapt activities, while the other activities left to the market. This determined the dual advantages of outsourcing both the enterprise and the market, the non-core business to a more professional company to do the one hand, access package can save costs, on the other hand can help businesses get enough time and energy to professionals Advantech’s own core competitiveness of the business, as the face of the ever-changing market increased by winning chips. In the context of economic globalization, the increasingly intense competition in the market, can effectively gain time to meet rapidly changing market needs to become a key to business survival, more and more companies have chosen to resort to outsourcing to focus on its own competitive business to ensure its always invincible, and then outsource a significant portion of all ended in failure, and one very important reason is because of the limited capacity of the Employer’s impossible to predict energy and or the occurrence of future events and of course a detailed written contract in which a reasonable circumvention provisions, sending and receiving packets of both contrary to the objective function makes access package is likely to use its information to take advantage of opportunistic behavior, in order to premise harm the interests of the Employer under their earnings improve, the original intention of the Employer to take outsourcing strategy determines the access package the more the better efforts of the Employer, the Employer requires effective incentive access package to take advantage of the Employer action, namely to improve the level of effort, usually it will take to introduce other forms of access package to achieve the purpose, which is to compare the relative performance.Comparative view of this, this article attempts in the framework of agency theory to introduce innovative relative performance, through the analysis of outsourcing in the access package incentive role of the principle of comparative performance, find the mode of action is mainly comparative performance and competition from the signal reveals inspired to carry two, encouraging efforts to improve the level of access package. But package side comparative performance incentive problem of mechanism design process mathematical modeling analysis showed that by increasing the Employer award amount, select a larger degree of similarity as a comparison object access package incentives and other ways to enhance the docking package side, introduction of other parties involved in the access package outsourcing hand objective response effort level access package party on the other hand the initiative to reduce the incentive access package opportunistic behavior, which are connected to the package information sent by reducing the gap between the two sides one way to achieve, on the incentive contract also has the role of Pareto optimization, thus effectively improving the access package excitation efficiency. Finally, pointed out deficiencies and possible future research directions of this research, the study of ways to participate in the multi-access package is still a lack of hope in the access package incentive mechanism design innovation, diversity, and other aspects of the auxiliary continue to expand, providing a favorable theoretical guidance for domestic enterprises to implement outsourcing strategies.
