A Study On The Socialist Transformation Of Fuxin Flour Company

In 1953, after the general line for the transition period was raised, the country began to carry out the socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce.This article is in the historical background of the socialist transformation, with Fuxin as a case study, to discuss its produce, development and transformation process comprehensively and systematically. Fuxin is a typical representative of flour industry in Shanghai, through the study of Fuxin can overview the situation of whole flour industries in Shanghai which carry on the socialist transformation.This paper consists of three parts: introduction, body and conclusion. The body is divided into four chapters:The first chapter describes the development situation of Fu Xin in detail, which highlights the loss of Fu Xin system from the establishment of the People’s Republic of China to the socialist transformation, to show the necessity of Fuxin’s transformation.The second chapter systematically describes the preparations of Fuxin to realize the socialist transformation, such as the establishment of Collective negotiation meeting of Fuxin Corporation, the revaluation of property, recapitalization, merger reorganization and so on.The third chapter discusses detailedly the process of Fuxin achieve the socialist transformation. Fuxin’s transformation including not only the transformation of the enterprise itself but also the person’s, especially for the capitalists and improvement of the management personnel.The fourth chapter describes the understanding of Fuxin after the transformation.After the socialist transformation, fundamental changes have taken place in nature of Fuxin and also presents a new face. Even so we affirm its positive changes should also pay attention to the problems and shortcomings.
