Application Of Whole Process Cost Management In Scientific Research Project

As an important channel to promote the progress of science and technology, scientific research is an valuable method to create economic and social benefits as well. With the development of the scientific research, the government paid more and more attention and supplied many kinds support at the increase of funds,policy support,the cultivation of talents,the construction of incubator,the establishment of various platform and so on,to the projects of scientific research. Managing well the cost of scientific research project not only can improve the scientific research project of the economic benefits, but also can reduce the cost of scientific research. It plays an important part of the scientific research work and has the vital significance and the function.With the rapid development of China’s scientific research work and the increasing of the research project,higher and more requirements are put forward for the cost management of scientific research projects, it is necessary to ensure the project research for completing smoothly, but also ensure in controls of the the cost in planning scope to enhance the comprehensive economic benefits of scientific research project.According to the current research data, firstly,this thesis combines with the theory of the whole process cost management and analyzes the existing problem of scientific research project cost management under the traditional cost management mode by a specific case.Because the management mode directly affects the level and efficiency of management,so the management mode is same,these problems will be widespread, but the traditional cost management mode of making cost are used for a lot of research projects in China at present. Then using the whole process cost management of modern management methods in the case,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward, other related about research project of cost management also are discussed for the related personnel to provide reference and for scientific research units to provide some help and reference for improving the level of cost management of scientific research project.
