The rapid development of mobile advertising industry, the industry more competitive. AD Company does not operate in accordance with the policy and make timely adjustments competitors, changes in the market, poor management of internal operations, leading position in the industry decline. In order to help the company out of the woods, to regain a competitive advantage, this paper in terms of the external environment, internal environment, competitors, operational strategies, the use of Porter’s five forces model, SWOT model and self-built data model to analyze the operations of AD Company, on the operating strategy, provide guidance to AD Company.According to the comprehensive analysis, in response to competitors and market changes in, AD Company can not accurately locate their own problems, did not see the direction of the development of the industry, while their overall lack of strategic thinking in the internal operations management is also flawed, resulting in competition opponents confrontation at a disadvantage. In this case, AD Company must recognize its own technological advantages, weaknesses, and establish a technology as the core strategic objectives, gradually reverse the adverse situation. Meanwhile AD company by strengthening human resource management system, establish and improve the performance appraisal system, to optimize operational processes, stimulate initiative and creativity of operations personnel, to create a corporate culture for enterprise development. It is necessary to balance the effect of brand advertisers and advertisers investment, both in the realization of cash flow, while taking into account the future expansion of brand advertisers on advertisers strategy. But also to take advantage of a good data model in the media, to ensure high quality developers income, taking into account the use of APP long tail flow, to ensure maximum cash flow and ensure continuous improvement of the industry’s brand influence. To order data as the core of the operating strategy, good use of data analysis model, establish automated analysis system to enhance the company’s core competitiveness and achieve the strategic objectives of the company eventually.
