Throughing the diversification of investment channels, including venture capital. Guided and supported by the government policy the area which near the university is engaged in technological innovation and enterprise incubation of high science and Technology Park. In the beginning of the21st century, the university science park has become an important form as well as effective way to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. At the same time, it is also an expansion of university functions undering the new situation. Mentioning the science and technology park, people naturally think of the United States "Silicon Valley". For a long time, it is a major science and technology park to emulate object. Throughing a series of scientific and technological innovation, The Zhongguancun Science Park has become a landmark science park in China. In this paper, we select "Silicon Valley" and "Zhongguancun" to compare, trying to draw from comparing some Suggestions and countermeasures which benefit the development of science and Technology Park in China.In the1950s, according to the professor Terman at the Stanford University who puts forward the ideas of "Technical Experts" community in campus founded the first high-tech development zone-the Stanford research park, namely the precursor of the Silicon Valley. Nowadays, the world science and Technology Park led by Silicon Valley, and the science park with Chinese characteristics led by the Zhongguancun Science Park have become the focus of people’s concern.As always, countries around the world try to imitate Silicon Valley, which provides an extraordinary advantage by regional culture, innovative ideas, national support, venture investment, industry-academy cooperation, management modes and so on. By contrast, the Zhongguancun Science Park also has its extraordinary advantages. Throughout the development of Zhongguancun Science Park for decades, it plays an important role in politics, economics and culture of Beijing, even to entire China. with the expansion of its’scale, the radiation effects of science and technology park on the whole nation has gradually strengthened, especially produce a certain influence on the world. However, Zhongguancun Science Park also met some resistances on the path of sustained and rapid economic development. We have seen development of its horizontal gap between going ahead in certain degree and the developed country or the area science and technology park (take "Silicon Valley Science and Technology Park "as example) such as insufficient funds, the venture capital marketplace is not enough mature the lack of effective policy support, a gap among the university-industry-research cooperation and so on. Therefore, this paper will make a comparison between Silicon Valley and Zhongguancun Science Park by taking their development history as a starting point to research, using Silicon Valley as the main reference criteria, and drawing some inspiration for the development of Zhongguancun Science Park. Finally, this paper will come up with some feasibility suggestions and development countermeasures.This paper consists of five parts:Chapter1introduces the background, the significance, the summary of documents and the content of this text. The introductions in this article have summarized the role of the central idea, and the tone of the paper. It includes four parts:introduction, research purpose and significance, the domestic and foreign related literature review, the main research methods.Chapter2analyses the development path and mode of Zhongguancun Science Park and Silicon Valley. This part makes a concrete analysis on the history of Silicon Valley and Zhongguancun Science Park and then summarizes the current development patterns according to my own views.Chapter3compares Zhongguancun Science Park with Silicon Valley from six perspectives which include human environment, technology resources, management modes, funding, innovative capacity and industry-academy-research cooperation. Compared with the two science and technology park in difference and the direction that the Zhongguancun Science Park needs to make great efforts. The six angle contrast has made important foreshadowing. To article latter half part which analysis about Zhongguancun Science ParkChapter4shows what the enlightenment is from the collaboration between Silicon Valley and Stanford University. In order to further conclude the development countermeasures and orientation of Zhonguancun Science Park, this chapter analyses the cultivating modes, positive interactions between Silicon Valley and Stanford University, etc. Frankly speaking, this chapter is mainly to the conclusion of chapter5.Chapter5puts forward some suggestions for the future development of Zhongguancun Science Park. All the analyses before is to get the development countermeasures of Zhongguancun Science Park, therefore, this is the most essential part to the whole article. Moreover, this chapter obtains several revelations in accordance with the six comparisons in chapter3.I hope the results of this paper could provide some feasible suggestions and recommendations for the Zhongguancun Science Park and other domestic science and technology park.
