An Empirical Study On The Influence Of Talent Innovation Environment On Innovation Ability

Innovation is the eternal theme of human social progress and development. Talent, act as the main body to motivate and implement innovation, transfer the ability of innovation to the advantage of reality development with scientific and effective advantage. Therefore, how to build an environment for exerting talent innovation ability has become an important subject that we face nowadays.This article focuses on the influence of innovation environment on exerting innovation capabilities, which is based on the empirical study of Talent Innovation Environment Research in Chaoyang district. First of all, I reduced dimensions of those specific factors which had effect on talent innovation environment through factor analysis. Secondly, three main factors include enterprises inner factor, government policy environment and public environment were extracted. Then, I divided talent innovation environment into the above three factors and further analyzed them based on previous researches and factor analysis. Moreover, hypothesis was raised on the base of previous research. Furthermore, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the correlation of exerting innovation with three environment dimensions which was extracted before. In the end, I explained and discussed the outcome through empirical research. Inner-enterprise environment has the most significant influence effect, however political and public environment has non-significant influence on exerting innovation ability.Finally, as inner-enterprise environment has significant influence on exerting innovation ability, the article provides improvement measures including establish innovation incentives, reasonable work setting and construct innovation environment to help optimizing talent innovation environment and exert talent innovation capability.
