Research On The Development Of Characteristic Industry In Zhenxian Town Of Tongzhou District

Development of characteristic industry should be to geographical space as the carriers, based on the characteristic resources, with featured products as the center, take the market as the guidance. And it is advantageous to realize the regional distribution of industry, the integration of management and socialized service. It also facilitates the enterprise-agglomeration in the region, and the optimization of industrial structure and layout. The thesis is on the basis of resource endowments and the existing industries of Huo Xian Town of Tongzhou District to develop a characteristic industry by SWOT analysis, with the foundation of collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Heibei and non-capital function ease, and under the new trend of the development of science and technology and people’s consumption structure upgrading background. And it is suggested that to develop characteristic industry, which is medical pension industries, folk tourism industry, tourism industry, and leisure-experiencing agriculture, in order to develop a new way to realize sustainable development, agricultural efficiency and the income-increasing, namely, a coordinated development path of production, life and ecology. In other words, it is to create a regional medical center and retirement town, and develop high-quality tourism with local characteristics, as well as to provide a high level, large-scale planting and breeding combination of urban agriculture.
