Research On The Development Characteristic Agricultural Industry In Meizhou

The development of characteristic agricultural industry is the driving force of rural economic growth,which is conducive to increasing farmers' income and realizing the improvement of agricultural benefits,so as to enhance the market competitiveness of agriculture as a whole.Meizhou has always been not only a big agricultural city,but also a region with rapid development of characteristic agriculture.Its agricultural endowment and development conditions are relatively good,and the development experience of characteristic agricultural products is relatively complete,which is conducive to the realization of its own modern agricultural development,and thus lays the foundation for the effective development of agriculture in Guangdong Province.The writer will treat the characteristic agriculture in the city of Meizhou as the research object,using a variety of research methods such as literature research,field research and comparative analysis in this paper to deal with all the information and related data collection.This paper is based on the comparative advantage theory,competitive advantage theory,described the situations of characteristic agricultural and industrial development in Meizhou and used SWOT analysis method to systematically analyze its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and then puts forward the suggestions of future agricultural development as follows:first,make development ideas clear.To deepen the reform of agricultural supply side as an opportunity,the development of characteristic agriculture needs to take the regional resource advantage as the foundation,fully excavate the existing agricultural industry with resource endowment advantage and make it stronger and bigger.Second,adhere to the principle of sustainable development,market-oriented,county(city,district)as a regional division of selective development of characteristic agriculture.Third,take innovation as the leader,then attach great importance to science and technology to promote agriculture,cultivate new business subjects,strengthen brand management,so as to enhance the value of characteristic agricultural products.
