Research On Selection And Development Of County Characteristic Industry

At present, county economy has an important position in the China's economic development process, and the development of county economic largely depends on the establishment of their own characteristics economy, that is to establish county characteristics industry according to their own resources and characteristics advantages. Characteristics industry can spur and promote the development of other industries, optimize the allocation of county resources, guide the development direction of county's industrial structure, thus it can promote the coordinated development of various industries, and be helpful of the optimization and upgrade of the industrial structure. The cultivation of characteristics industry can promote the healthy development of the whole county economy, then how to make the right choice of the county characteristics industry? How to promote the development of county characteristics industry? This is the main research objective of this paper.Based on the existing research theory at home and abroad, this paper defines the connotation of the county characteristic industry firstly, describes the function of characteristics industry in the development of county economy, and analyzes the effect factors, principle and benchmark of county characteristic industry selection. Based on the theory exploration above, we choose the selection index of county characteristic industry combined with the characteristics of county economy and industry development, including comparative advantage, industrial growth, industrial connection, technological progress, social progress and environmental protection six indexes. Then establish the index system with the principle of objectivity, operability, combination of comprehensive and target. And choose the characteristics industry use FAHP method, summarize the general pattern of county characteristic industry selection. In the issue of the county characteristic industry development, according to the development status quo and existing problems of county characteristic industry domestic, this paper analyzes the role of the government plays in the development of county characteristics industry, and puts forward a series of relevant countermeasures for the development of county characteristic industry.Finally this paper analyze the selection and development of Dashiqiao characteristic industry as a case, to test and verify the feasibility and applicability of the whole choice and development pattern, provide the reference frame for each area at the selection and development of county characteristic industry.
